These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://wtfsilencers.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Wyoming Tactical Firearms LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 31 Callen Dr., Cody, WY 82414.
By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Age Restriction & Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site and purchase any products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if we suspect age misrepresentation.
2. National Firearms Act (NFA) & ATF Compliance
- All suppressors and NFA items sold on this Site are regulated under the National Firearms Act.
- Possession, purchase, and transfer of these items require ATF approval (typically via ATF Form 4) and payment of any applicable federal tax stamp.
- It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding NFA items. We do not provide legal advice.
- By purchasing an NFA item, you certify that you are legally eligible to possess it under all applicable laws.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe the transaction may violate any law or regulation.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Orders are not final until accepted and confirmed by us.
- We may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.
4. Shipping, Lead Times & Risk of Loss
- Current lead times are estimates only and subject to change.
- NFA items will only ship after receiving ATF approval and to a properly licensed FFL/SOT dealer when required.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment from our facility.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the regulated nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted once an order is placed, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
- Pre-approval cancellations may be accepted at our sole discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
6. Warranty
Our products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranty details are provided with each product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, product images, text, and designs, is the property of Wyoming Tactical Firearms LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
