Wyoming Tactical Firearms LLC (“WTF Silencers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates under strict federal regulations governing National Firearms Act (NFA) items. Because of this, our return policy is necessarily limited.
All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds on NFA Items
Due to the regulated nature of suppressors and other NFA products:
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
- This includes orders cancelled after ATF Form 3 or 4 submission or after manufacturing has begun.
Exceptions (Manufacturing Defects Only)
We will only consider a return or repair in the rare case of a proven manufacturing defect.
To request a warranty inspection:
- Contact us immediately at office@wtfwyo.com with your order number and detailed photos of the issue.
- Do not ship the item back without prior authorization.
- Approved defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Note: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic issues are not covered.
Pre-Approval Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before manufacturing begins.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
- Once manufacturing or ATF paperwork has started, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Costs
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping (if ever authorized) is the customer’s responsibility.
Gift Orders
Gift purchases follow the same policy: no returns or refunds.
