Wyoming Tactical Firearms LLC (WTF Silencers) warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship only.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We provide a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Baffle strikes or end cap strikes caused by manufacturing defects.
What Is NOT Covered (At Our Sole Discretion)
The following are explicitly excluded from coverage:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dings, Cerakote wear, discoloration)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Use of incorrect, out-of-spec, or improperly installed mounts
- Use of Dead Air KeyMo mounts (as of 01/01/2026)
- Unauthorized modifications, drilling, welding, or alterations
- Damage caused by improper ammunition, full-auto fire beyond rated limits, or suppressor misuse
- Any product that has been disassembled beyond normal cleaning
Stolen or Lost Suppressors
In the event of theft, we will replace the suppressor one time only upon receipt of:
- A police report
- Proof of ATF notification
A new ATF Form 4 and tax stamp will be required. This is a one-time courtesy, not a guarantee.
Warranty Claim Process
- All claims must be submitted in writing to office@wtfwyo.com before any item is shipped back.
- Provide order number, detailed photos, and description of the issue.
- We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any repair or replacement.
- Shipping to and from WTF Silencers is the customer’s responsibility.
- Approved warranty repairs will be completed as soon as possible, typically within 2–4 weeks.
Final Discretion
All warranty decisions are at the sole discretion of Wyoming Tactical Firearms LLC. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not clearly meet the criteria above.
